Investment & Fundraising Adviser

About the role

CarAdvisers is looking for an experienced Investment & Fundraising Adviser to lead its capital‑raising initiatives. The adviser will work closely with the Founder and senior leadership to design and execute fundraising strategies that attract venture capital, angel investors, family offices and strategic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising and capital‑raising plan.
• Identify, approach and engage Angel Investors, Venture Capital firms, Family Offices, Corporate and Institutional Investors.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with investors and strategic partners.
• Prepare investment proposals, financial models, pitch decks, executive summaries and other investor materials.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, valuation assessments and financial analysis.
• Advise leadership on fundraising structures, valuation, and capital planning.
• Coordinate investor meetings, presentations, negotiations, due diligence and transaction documentation.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, product and operations teams throughout the investment process.
• Monitor fundraising progress and report regularly to senior management.
• Identify grants, accelerator programs and alternative funding opportunities.
• Represent CarAdvisers at startup, investment, technology and automotive networking events.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity or startup fundraising.
• Strong network within Pakistan’s and international startup investment ecosystem.
• Proven track record of successfully closing equity or debt financing rounds.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a performance‑based environment.
