IT Sales Executive (Junior)

About the role

The Sales Executive is a full‑cycle, quota‑carrying position responsible for generating leads, managing the sales process and closing orders in the IT sector. The role is field‑based, requiring regular travel within Karachi and across Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and qualify prospective customers across assigned verticals, building a pipeline through outbound calls, emails and networking.
• Own each opportunity from discovery to proposal, negotiation, closing, delivery and payment, coordinating with a Presales Engineer for technical demonstrations.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing and terms within approved limits, and manage tender/RFP submissions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners and international vendors, supporting events and webinars.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, submit quarterly forecasts and report market intelligence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related field.
• 2–3 years of B2B or technology sales experience with a proven sales target record.
• Fluent spoken and written English and ability to travel within Karachi and inter‑city.
• Own personal conveyance for local travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
