Junior Account Manager – Consumer Brands (Perfumery & Beauty)

About the role

As a Junior Account Manager for Regional Consumer Brands – Perfumery & Beauty, you will act as a key partner for dsm‑firmenich, driving sales growth and profitability for fragrance projects in Pakistan. You will manage client relationships, develop commercial strategies and ensure seamless delivery of fragrance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, positioning dsm‑firmenich as their preferred partner.
• Define account objectives, create commercial strategies and implement detailed account plans.
• Identify business opportunities, analyse decision factors and competitive landscape, and develop action plans.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and payment conditions to maximise profitability.
• Lead and coordinate fragrance projects with internal teams and clients, including brief management and submissions.
• Manage product life‑cycle activities such as demand planning, forecasting and supply‑chain coordination.
• Monitor financial performance of the account, controlling expenses and ensuring targets are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Science or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in flavor, fragrance or ingredient sales within FMCG.
• Strong understanding of product, market and consumer dynamics in the fragrance sector.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to develop strategic plans and execute action items based on business opportunities.
• Team‑player mindset with a collaborative approach to cross‑functional projects.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
