Manager Capacity & Commercial Planning

About the role

Lead commercial operations, customer engagement, and strategic transformations within PTCL's data centre business. You will work directly with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders, gaining exposure to cross‑functional leadership and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of colocation customer requests, ensuring 100% adherence to governance frameworks and SLAs.
• Coordinate between Sales/KAM, Data Centre Operations, Product Management, Finance and regional teams to enforce standardized deployment workflows.
• Drive customer‑facing coordination for queries, site access, and high‑level enterprise visits while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Oversee rack, POD and site‑level capacity and power utilization, ensuring accurate tracking and optimal commercial allocation.
• Maintain a centralized inventory of critical data centre components and enforce approval processes for deployments.
• Align data centre space and power availability with sales pipelines and product forecasts to identify capacity gaps and support expansion planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in data centre operations, telecom/IT infrastructure or customer‑facing operational roles.
