Product Experience Analyst

About the role

US Mobile is seeking a passionate, customer‑centric Product Experience Analyst to join its Karachi team. You will act as the bridge between customers and internal departments, shaping and implementing a comprehensive CX strategy that supports the company’s vision of next‑generation connectivity.

Key responsibilities

• Define, shape, and implement a holistic customer experience (CX) strategy across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise processes, products and technology for higher satisfaction.
• Analyse customer feedback and data to pinpoint pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor interactions to ensure alignment with a human‑centred approach and brand values.
• Continuously innovate the CX journey, driving positive change based on insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated empathy and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
• Flexibility to work evening/night shifts, mainly following EST time.
• Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
