Territory Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Territory Sales Supervisor (TSS) joins JazzWorld’s Regional Operating model, reporting to the Area Sales Manager. The role focuses on driving JazzCash, post‑paid sales and franchise/retail business development across an assigned franchise and retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily market visits for spot checks and retail audits on stock availability.
• Manage one (or two) assigned franchises, ensuring daily reporting and strong follow‑up.
• Develop and maintain relationships with franchise owners, retailers and distribution officers (DO) to grow the retail and distribution network.
• Drive KPI achievement for recharge, gross ads, JazzCash activation, MBB data devices and active retail base.
• Plan and execute below‑the‑line (BTL) activities with retailers to boost handset, Wi‑Fi device, remittance and post‑paid sales.
• Monitor and improve channel performance metrics such as market float, DO service levels and retailer balance.
• Control territory integrity and address infringement issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering challenging sales projects end‑to‑end.
• Ability to work independently and under supervision to expand sales and distribution penetration.
• Track record of meeting monthly KPI targets for JazzCash activation, prepaid/post‑paid sales, remittances and cash‑in.
• Strong channel development and sales management background.
