Manufacturing Engineer – Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Manufacturing Engineer to join our Lahore team on the night shift. You will work directly with North American automotive clients, applying engineering standards to improve production efficiency and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise manufacturing processes for new and existing automotive parts.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives using lean principles to reduce waste and boost productivity.
• Create and maintain detailed process sheets, Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routing documents.
• Conduct time‑and‑motion studies, analyse cycle times and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance and other departments to resolve issues and ensure high‑quality output.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering role, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
