Meta Ads Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Meta Ads Specialist to join our remote team. You will own the planning, execution, and optimisation of Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, driving measurable ROI for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences and placements to improve performance.
• Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Stay current with Meta’s platform updates, policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Proven ability to scale paid social campaigns and deliver results.
• Strong knowledge of pixel implementation, custom audiences and retargeting strategies.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
