About the role

Kriff is urgently seeking dedicated Data Entry Operatives to join its team remotely across Pakistan. The role suits fresh graduates, students, stay-at-home parents and career switchers who are detail-oriented and want to work from home. It involves accurate data entry, verification and updating of customer records, and supporting administrative tasks within the company's systems. Candidates work independently without managing a team.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update customer data into company databases and CRM systems accurately and efficiently.
• Verify and validate the accuracy of entered information to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain and organise documentation related to customer and internal records following company protocols.
• Generate basic reports using available tools and formats to support team operations and management decisions.
• Support light email correspondence on data inquiries and coordinate with other departments when needed.
• Take part in training sessions to develop skills and improve productivity and quality standards.
• Meet daily and weekly data entry targets while keeping attention to detail.
• Follow data protection and confidentiality policies and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines without direct supervision.

Required profile

• Reliable internet access.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Typing speed of 25 or more words per minute.
• No experience required; the role is open to fresh graduates, students, stay-at-home parents and career switchers.
