Telemarketing Executive

About the role

Remit Home, a global money transfer provider, is hiring a full-time, on-site Telemarketing Executive in Islamabad. The executive makes outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote the company's services and generate qualified leads, working within scripts and compliance guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Explain product features, answer questions and guide customers through the money transfer process.
• Maintain call logs and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads to convert them into successful transactions.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to deliver a positive customer experience and meet individual and team performance targets.

Required profile

• Strong lead generation and sales skills, able to identify prospects and turn leads into customers.
• Solid customer service and support skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear spoken English and Urdu, active listening and professional telephone etiquette.
• Ideally prior experience in telemarketing, call centers or financial services.
• Reliable, goal-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, marketing or a related field is an advantage.
