Outbound Sales Representative – Remote (Healthcare Authors)

About the role

Raposo Publishing is seeking a motivated outbound sales representative to connect healthcare professionals with a unique publishing opportunity. Working remotely, you will introduce doctors, dentists, chiropractors and other specialists to a program that turns their expertise into professionally written books.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media.
• Present the publishing program using a pre‑recorded video presentation.
• Answer basic questions, follow up after the video, and qualify interested leads.
• Schedule qualified prospects for deeper discussions with the internal team.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and outcomes.

Required profile

• Comfortable making cold calls and initiating outbound conversations.
• Strong B2B sales mindset with experience selling professional services.
• Persistent yet professional follow‑up approach.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a polished phone presence.
• Ability to follow scripts, track activity, and adhere to a proven sales process.
