Paid Ads Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Ads Specialist to own and execute our digital advertising strategy. You will manage multi‑channel campaigns, optimize performance, and drive ROI while shaping our brand’s online presence and lead generation efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok and other networks.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis to refine strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA) and adjust bids, creatives and budgets to meet KPIs.
• Manage ad budgets and allocate spend efficiently across campaigns.
• Create and run A/B tests for ad copy, creatives, landing pages and audience segments.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging ad assets.
• Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, new ad features and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns across major ad platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to scale campaigns and achieve ROAS targets.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
