People Operations & Employer Branding Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a People Operations & Employer Branding Specialist to shape the employee experience and promote Nectar Social as a top technology employer in Pakistan. Working hybrid in Lahore, you will partner with Talent and Operations leaders and collaborate with global teams to align local initiatives with our brand culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the employer branding strategy for the Pakistan market.
• Create and manage content that showcases company culture, employee stories, office life, and career opportunities across LinkedIn, Instagram, university channels and recruitment platforms.
• Maintain an employer branding calendar covering campaigns, milestones, events and announcements.
• Support recruitment marketing for priority roles, including campaign planning and execution.
• Research local talent market trends, competitor hiring practices, compensation and benefits to inform branding and talent programs.
• Benchmark Nectar’s employee experience against leading tech companies in Pakistan.
• Coordinate with design, marketing, talent acquisition and leadership teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Gather photographs, videos, testimonials and stories for use in employer branding channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in employer branding, marketing, communications, people operations or employee engagement.
• Highly organized, creative and able to work across multiple departments.
• Strong ability to translate ideas into structured, scalable programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable collaborating with both local and global stakeholders.
