Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

Infinity Media is hiring a Performance Marketing Executive in Gulberg III, Lahore, to own its paid media on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, from launch and creative testing through to scaling what works. The role is full-time and on-site, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and is measured on results such as CPA, ROAS and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to meet acquisition and engagement goals
• Build and manage TikTok and Snapchat ad campaigns using platform-specific best practices
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance to improve KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rates
• Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, audiences and placements to find winning combinations
• Scale top-performing campaigns while keeping them efficient and profitable
• Set up and maintain tracking, attribution and reporting frameworks
• Manage advertising budgets across platforms and stay up to date on algorithm changes, trends and competitor strategies

Required profile

• Strong experience managing Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads
• A track record of owned campaigns with measurable results
• Experience scaling campaigns and a strong analytical mindset
• Bonus points: Google Ads or programmatic experience, landing page optimisation and CRO knowledge, agency or e-commerce background, familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and third-party attribution tools
