Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple signage projects from kickoff through installation and final sign‑off. The role serves as the primary client contact, ensuring proactive communication and smooth coordination across internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 15–30 concurrent signage projects, tracking milestones, tasks, and timelines.
• Serve as the main client liaison, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Coordinate design, estimating, permitting, fabrication, and installation teams using Zoho Projects.
• Handle client communication and follow‑ups through Zoho CRM and Zoho Mail.
• Log project expenses and billing milestones in Zoho Books in partnership with finance.
• Facilitate real‑time team communication via Zoho Cliq.
• Maintain accurate client and project records in Zoho CRM.
• Review site surveys and design proofs before production.
• Track permitting and variance timelines across municipalities.
• Identify scope changes and process change orders with the estimating team.
• Manage installer relationships and coordinate field crews across multiple states.
• Conduct quality‑assurance reviews and resolve post‑installation issues.
• Store comprehensive project documentation in Zoho WorkDrive.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in signage, construction, or manufacturing.
• Hands‑on experience with Zoho One suite.
• Strong organizational ability to juggle many active projects.
• Excellent client communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with permitting processes and municipal sign codes is a plus.
• Ability to read site surveys, blueprints, or design files is preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.
