Quality Assurance Officer (Pharmacist)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Pharmacist to lead our Quality Assurance function for a range of hair‑care products. The successful candidate will ensure that every product meets the highest quality and regulatory standards while supporting production and management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain consistent quality standards across all hair‑care formulations.
• Review and approve raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods.
• Develop, update, and monitor standard operating procedures and quality documentation.
• Carry out routine inspections, internal audits, and compliance checks.
• Investigate quality deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure adherence to cosmetic and manufacturing regulations.
• Collaborate with production and management to safeguard product safety and quality.
• Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and regulatory filings.
• Oversee product storage, handling, and stability requirements.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Prior experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Regulatory Affairs within a cosmetics or pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and manage quality processes effectively.
