Recruitment Specialist – Lahore

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for Alfanar Engineering Services and its Construction division in Lahore. The role will ensure timely sourcing, screening and onboarding of qualified candidates in line with manpower plans and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source and head‑hunt candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job portals and professional networks.
• Manage recruitment for a variety of roles across engineering, construction and energy sectors.
• Post and maintain job advertisements on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Screen, assess and shortlist candidates according to job requirements and hiring manager expectations.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies to build candidate pipelines when needed.
• Collect, verify and archive candidate documents in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports in MS Excel and update vacancy status in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ensure smooth handover to the onboarding team after offer acceptance and uphold a professional candidate experience throughout.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in the Gulf region.
• Prior exposure to technical or engineering recruitment within EPC, construction or energy sectors is an advantage.
