About the role
10Pearls is looking for a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead its recruitment function on a morning shift. The role focuses on driving fast, high‑quality hiring for technology positions while embedding AI‑first strategies throughout the talent lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Assess staffing needs and create hiring forecasts aligned with business objectives.
- Accelerate hiring velocity and reduce time‑to‑fill for open roles.
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies, including employer branding initiatives.
- Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Mentor and manage a team of recruiters, setting clear KPIs and performance metrics.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 4 years managing recruitment teams.
- Proven track record hiring for both high‑volume and niche technology roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
Required skills
- Experience with AI‑powered recruitment tools (e.g., sourcing automation, resume screening, talent insights platforms).
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
- Understanding of ethical AI usage and bias mitigation in hiring.
