SaaS Recruiter – On-site in Lahore

About the role

Spark AI is seeking an on‑site SaaS Recruiter in Lahore to own end‑to‑end hiring for its SaaS and AI‑focused teams. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating offers for both technical and non‑technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for SaaS and AI roles, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, social media and professional networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions and interview plans.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, ensure clear candidate communication and a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and generate recruitment metrics.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of hiring processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment for SaaS, technology or AI‑focused positions.
• Strong ability to source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and talent communities.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers to define requirements and interview structures.
• Familiarity with ATS, recruiting metrics and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lahore, handle multiple open roles and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of fair hiring practices and diversity & inclusion is a plus.
