Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager

About the role

The Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing will support the development and execution of sales and go‑to‑market strategies, helping the organisation achieve its business targets and expand its market presence in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and go‑to‑market strategies to meet and exceed business goals.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to adjust tactics.
• Assist in planning and executing branding and marketing campaigns to increase product visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Handle customer inquiries and professionally resolve escalated complaints.
• Coordinate with operations, supply chain and marketing teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads and support sales growth.
• Prepare sales reports, market feedback and forecasts for senior management.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and conduct regular market visits.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across operations, supply chain and marketing functions.
• Self‑motivated and able to meet set sales targets without direct team management.
