Sales Development Representative – Mid-Market & Enterprise

About the role

Join Opperate as a Sales Development Representative focused on mid‑market and enterprise SaaS accounts. You will prospect strategically, engage senior decision‑makers, and generate qualified meetings for high‑growth international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Research target accounts, identify key decision‑makers and map multi‑threaded stakeholder relationships.
• Create personalized, multi‑channel outreach using calls, emails and LinkedIn, balancing personalization with volume.
• Build and manage effective cadences and sequences for complex accounts, maintaining clean records in CRM.
• Cold‑call and communicate with Directors, VPs and C‑level executives, collaborating closely with Account Executives on strategy.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly performance goals and generate pipeline from targeted accounts.

Required profile

• Based in Pakistan and able to work US hours (7 pm‑4 am PKT).
• Fluent English communicator, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 4 years of B2B SaaS, technical sales or outbound prospecting experience.
• Proven experience prospecting into mid‑market and/or enterprise accounts.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of the enterprise outbound sales process.
• Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting and account research.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms.
• Ability to map stakeholders, multi‑thread accounts and conduct cold calls to senior decision‑makers.
