Sales Director – Digital Marketing Services

About the role

Digital Next is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead revenue growth for its digital marketing and training services. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Bahawalpur District and reports directly to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Set and monitor sales targets, analyse performance, and optimise processes to meet business objectives.
• Lead, coach and mentor the sales team, conducting regular training and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales strategies with campaign performance and market trends.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships and nurture key client relationships.
• Ensure high‑quality customer service throughout the sales cycle.
• Prepare forecasts, generate sales reports and contribute to long‑term business development plans.

Required profile

• Strong sales and sales‑operations expertise, including pipeline management, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Proven business‑development experience with a track record of expanding market reach.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and ability to maintain client satisfaction.
• Team‑management experience in a target‑driven environment.
• Successful B2B or agency sales background, preferably within digital‑marketing services.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with comfort working with data and KPIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Bahawalpur District and collaborate across functions.
