Sales Executive – Field & Dealer Management

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue by visiting markets, managing dealer relationships and building strong customer connections. You will focus on generating new business, maintaining existing dealer accounts and ensuring product visibility to meet assigned sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular market visits to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Manage dealer relationships, ensure timely collections and follow‑up on purchase orders.
• Maintain and grow client and dealer accounts effectively.
• Implement and monitor product displays at dealer outlets according to company standards.
• Prepare and submit regular market activity and sales reports.
• Track competitor activities and market trends, providing insights to management.
• Facilitate clear communication between dealers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in field or dealer‑based sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively for market visits.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and customer‑focused.
