Sales Executive / Field Sales Officer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive / Field Sales Officer to join our team at AL Karam Traders in Multan. The position is primarily field‑based, focusing on meeting customers, building relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Visit existing and potential customers daily
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships
• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with office staff for smooth order processing
• Submit daily activity reports and market feedback
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Achieve assigned sales and recovery targets

Required profile

• Own a motorcycle and hold a valid driving licence
• Willingness to travel regularly within Multan and surrounding areas
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑handling abilities
• Ability to maintain accurate daily reporting and follow‑up records
• Approximately 80% field work and 20% office/reporting work
• Self‑motivated, hardworking, target‑driven, honest and responsible
• Previous sales or field marketing experience is an advantage
