Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

Trickle Up, a UK-based digital marketing and HR agency, is hiring on behalf of one of its UK clients, a premium flexible workspace and coworking provider, for a Sales & Marketing Executive. This is a client-facing, high-energy role focused on turning inbound and outbound leads into bookings, managing your own sales pipeline and building relationships with brokers, partners and existing clients. Fluency in English, written and spoken, is the single most important requirement.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve consistent conversion rates against department KPIs and revenue targets, and meet sales targets across product lines (viewings booked, revenue, memberships)
• Book coworking day passes, meeting room and event space bookings by phone and email, and run pre-tour calls to confirm attendance
• Process new leads in the CRM, and handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to meet performance targets
• Negotiate with clients to close business by telephone, email and face to face, and carry out office, coworking and meeting room viewings
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline, update brokers regularly on availability, pricing and offers, and research prospects online to qualify leads
• Work with Centre Teams, the Business Development Manager and the meetings and events sales associate, and complete office tours and viewings as required
• Keep the CRM up to date, diarise callbacks, report on leads, viewings, no-shows and cancellations, and monitor broker listings

Required profile

• Fluent English, written and spoken, able to communicate confidently with UK clients and partners
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably client-facing or B2B
• Commercially minded, customer-focused and self-motivated, with good time management
• Nice to have: experience in flexible workspaces, coworking, hospitality or property sales, familiarity with broker networks, and experience giving client tours
