Sales Representative – International (USA Market) B2B

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to target the USA market on a B2B basis. The position is based onsite at I8 Markaz, Islamabad/Rawalpindi and works the night shift (7 pm‑4 am).
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, emails and online platforms.
- Pitch services to international clients and build lasting relationships.
- Understand client needs and propose customized solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in B2B or BPO sales (fresh candidates with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent English communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong persuasion and closing skills.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and comfortable with night‑shift, onsite work.
- Resident of Islamabad or Rawalpindi preferred.
Required skills
What we offer
- Basic salary ranging from 30,000‑60,000 USD.
- Additional 7‑10 % commission on every sale (paid in USD).
- Flexible timing and a good working environment.
- Weekends off.
