About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior AI / Backend Engineer to lead our data engineering efforts. The role focuses on building robust data pipelines and managing AI‑ready datasets that power our machine‑learning models.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement repeatable data cleaning and normalization pipelines.
• Create, curate, and maintain training and retrieval datasets such as SFT and DPO.
• Prepare clean, AI‑ready data from both structured and textual sources.
• Run labeling and annotation processes with strict quality‑control measures.
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers on retrieval systems and with reviewers to ensure data quality.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools to accelerate data preparation, with an eye for linguistic nuance.
