Senior BI Analyst - Operations

About the role

This role works closely with business teams to design strategies aligned with business objectives and to turn data into actionable insights. It covers reporting, data reconciliation, budget planning and forecasting, and uses Python and SQL to automate work and build models.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to track business performance, including sales and marketing trends and logistics performance.
• Reconcile data between sources, find the root cause of gaps and close them while aligning stakeholders.
• Help with budget planning, forecasting and operational planning models, extracting data with SQL and modelling with spreadsheets or Python.
• Translate complex findings into written text and periodic reports on key performance metrics.
• Turn business problems into analytical questions, hypotheses and measurable KPIs, and propose recommendations with quantified impact.
• Partner with Operations teams to solve business problems and evaluate seller operations and customer satisfaction.
• Use AI prompts to build self-service BI solutions and automate repetitive data preparation, reporting and validation tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Statistics or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence or financial analysis.

Required skills

• Strong SQL: complex queries, data manipulation and performance optimization.
• Analytical skills: ROI analysis, A/B testing methodology, statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar.
