Senior Customer Sales & Service Agent (Karachi)

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Senior Customer Sales & Service Agent to be the primary point of contact for customers and travel agents in Karachi. You will provide accurate fare information, issue tickets, promote Emirates products and handle complex bookings while upholding the airline’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across all interactions, meeting Emirates quality standards.
• Issue tickets in full compliance with airline rules, fare conditions and regulatory requirements.
• Promote Skywards membership, fare upgrades, Dubai stop‑overs, hotel bookings and other ancillary products to drive revenue.
• Assist travel agents with special fares, ticketing formalities and complex itineraries.
• Handle complex cases such as medical requests and special services.
• Provide guidance to team members and deputise for the Team Leader when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience in a contact‑centre or reservations environment within the airline or travel industry.
• Education at least GCSE/A‑Level (or equivalent).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Valid work permit for Pakistan.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of airline reservations, fares, ticketing and Skywards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and email applications.
