Senior Fund Accountant – Real Estate Funds

About the role

Be One Professionals Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Fund Accountant specialized in real estate fund accounting. The role focuses on managing monthly bookkeeping, preparing management accounts, investor reports, and ensuring accurate financial statements for a portfolio of real estate fund structures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly bookkeeping for all entities within real estate fund structures, ensuring data accuracy.
• Prepare and review periodic management accounts, investor reports, and annual financial statements.
• Calculate and review Net Asset Values (NAVs) in compliance with accounting standards.
• Maintain accounting records and general ledgers for complex fund structures and special purpose vehicles.
• Account for investment acquisitions, disposals, valuations, capital transactions, and other fund activities.
• Prepare capital call and distribution calculations and support investor reporting requirements.
• Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, investment holdings, loan positions, and other balance‑sheet accounts.
• Coordinate external audits by preparing working papers and liaising with auditors.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of fund accounting experience within real estate.
• Strong understanding of NAV calculation and fund financial reporting.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage complex fund structures.
