Senior HR Manager – Employee Relations & Compliance

About the role

Montis Private Limited seeks an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead its Employee Relations and Compliance function in Lahore. The role involves overseeing a team of ten HR professionals, ensuring strict adherence to labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop a HR team of 10 members.
• Design and implement HR policies and procedures in line with labor legislation.
• Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and resolve conflicts.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration to maintain competitive and fair practices.
• Conduct recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and update policies as needed.
• Manage payroll systems, processing salaries, bonuses, and deductions accurately.
• Maintain records using HR compliance management software and HRMS systems.
• Provide guidance to managers and staff on HR policies, labor laws, and employee rights.
• Prepare reports and documentation for HR activities and compliance audits.
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of employment law, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a HR team.
• Strong communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Experience with payroll administration and HR compliance management.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on maintaining up‑to‑date records.
