Senior Investment Advisor - Real Estate

About the role

Agency21 International, Pakistan's largest estate agency, is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Investment Advisor in Peshawar. The advisor guides clients through real estate investment decisions and portfolio strategies, assessing their financial goals and recommending options matched to their risk profiles and long-term objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients, present investment proposals and prepare financial projections
• Assess client financial goals, risk tolerance and overall financial health
• Monitor market trends, identify new investment opportunities and take part in client education initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams on documentation and compliance, and maintain accurate records of advisory activities
• Collaborate with sales, legal and operations teams to ensure transparent and compliant transactions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field; investment or wealth management certifications are an asset
• Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and investments, and solid knowledge of real estate markets, preferably in Pakistan
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements
• Proactive, ethical and detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced, client-centered environment and meet performance targets

Required skills

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including spreadsheets and financial modeling tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
