About the role

Huawei Pakistan is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead technology hiring across its product lines. The role focuses on senior and executive talent acquisition for ICT and telecom domains, based in Islamabad.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for senior and executive technology positions across Huawei’s product portfolios (5G/RAN, Optical Networks, Cloud, etc.).
• Headhunt and engage passive senior‑level candidates through targeted outreach, market mapping, and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across core technology domains.
• Conduct in‑depth screening interviews to assess technical fit, leadership capability, and cultural alignment.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer and onboarding.
• Negotiate complex offers and close senior candidates effectively.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or headhunting environment.
• Proven track record of hiring senior and executive technology talent within ICT/telecom sectors.
• Strong understanding of the ICT and telecom ecosystem in Pakistan and the broader region.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to engage senior executives with credibility.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple senior searches simultaneously, and meet tight timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Based in Islamabad or willing to relocate.
