Showroom Salesperson – Furniture & Interior Solutions

About the role

The Salesperson will work full‑time on‑site in Mahogany Furniture’s showroom in Faisalabad, welcoming customers and guiding them through the selection of furniture and interior solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist showroom visitors, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, materials, pricing and customization options.
• Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up on leads.
• Maintain relationships with repeat customers and coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Keep the showroom tidy, update product displays and support promotional events.
• Record sales activities and contribute to sales reporting.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build relationships.
• Sales and negotiation abilities with a focus on meeting targets.
• Excellent verbal communication in a retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of furniture and interior design concepts or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work on‑site in Faisalabad, including weekends or extended hours.
• Minimum high‑school education; business or marketing diploma is a plus.
