Site Civil Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to lead site execution on high‑rise residential and commercial projects. The role involves coordinating with all project stakeholders, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery of construction milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day‑to‑day construction activities on site.
• Monitor progress against approved drawings, specifications and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce quality‑control standards.
• Prepare and review project reports, schedules and technical documentation.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during execution.
• Track material usage, assist in budgeting and cost control.
• Prepare detailed BOQs from architectural and structural drawings.
• Perform quantity take‑offs and material estimates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 8‑12 years of experience on high‑rise residential/commercial buildings.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity surveying.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and Primavera P6.
• Ability to calculate concrete, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, plastering, finishing and MEP‑related quantities from drawings.
• Understanding of construction specifications and documentation.
• Excellent coordination, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
