Social Media Executive

About the role

Monarch Property & Builder is looking for a creative, dependable Social Media Executive to support its online presence in the property and construction sector. The role is on-site in DHA Phase 6, Lahore, and suits someone with at least three months of experience handling social media platforms. The executive helps present the company and its property and building services through consistent, engaging social content.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update the company's Facebook, Instagram and other relevant social media accounts.
• Develop engaging post concepts and content ideas relevant to property, construction and company updates.
• Prepare and publish clear, appealing posts according to agreed schedules and brand requirements.
• Keep content accurate, professional and consistent across platforms.
• Monitor account activity and audience engagement, and share observations with the team.
• Coordinate with colleagues to gather timely information and materials for posts.

Required profile

• At least three months of practical experience handling social media accounts.
• Willingness to work on-site in DHA Phase 6, Lahore.
• Responsible, organized approach to completing content and account tasks.
• Clear communication and ability to coordinate with colleagues to obtain accurate content details.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and other common social media platforms.
• Ability to develop engaging post ideas and write clear, audience-appropriate social content.
• Understanding of consistent posting, basic content planning and maintaining an active account presence.
