Social Media Executive

About the role

The company is looking for a Social Media Executive to manage its social media presence, create and publish original content, run campaigns and use data to improve results. The role requires on-site work and flexibility to adapt to changing hours.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, manage and publish original, high-quality content across social platforms.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on social media campaigns.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement, and suggest content optimisation.
• Analyse social media insights to guide future campaigns.
• Oversee account design, including profiles, covers and visuals.
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers to build a network.
• Liaise with external agencies as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role for 3-5 years.
• Hands-on experience using social media for brand awareness and impressions.
• Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Ability to work on-site and adjust to flexible hours.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
• Experience with content scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to create text, image and video content and engage audiences.
