Specification Lead

About the role

The Specification Lead will act as the technical bridge between Sika Pakistan and key project stakeholders, ensuring our construction‑chemical solutions are specified in building and infrastructure designs. You will work closely with architects, consultants and specifiers to embed Sika products into project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, consultants and specifiers.
• Secure product specifications in project design documents.
• Promote Sika solutions through technical presentations, meetings and seminars.
• Track project pipelines and coordinate with the sales team to convert opportunities.
• Provide technical input during pre‑sales and design stages.
• Conduct product awareness sessions and specification seminars.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in technical sales or specification within the construction industry.
• Strong technical and product knowledge of construction chemicals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Flexibility regarding working hours, travel and time away from home.
