Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

EdgeEdge is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support sourcing, screening and interview execution across its recruitment pipelines. Reporting to the TA Lead, you will help build and maintain a strong candidate pool for medical, dental and insurance organizations that rely on the company’s global talent marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates across job boards and professional platforms to continuously grow the talent pipeline.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and participate in urgent hiring (ETR) interviews.
• Evaluate candidate fit against job requirements and document feedback in the ATS/CRM.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, maintain clear communication with candidates, and ensure smooth progression through the hiring process.
• Support rapid sourcing and fast‑turnaround interviews for high‑priority, urgent hiring requests.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, customer success or operations.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Basic experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools.
