Talent Acquisition Specialist / Associate (Karachi)

About the role

US Mobile is seeking proactive Talent Acquisition Specialists/Associates to drive hiring momentum across the organization. You will partner with leadership and hiring managers to attract, assess, and onboard top talent, supporting the company’s rapid growth in the telecom sector.

Key responsibilities

• Own or support end‑to‑end hiring for bulk and mid‑level positions.
• Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and role definition.
• Deliver a standout candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track funnel metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Relevant talent acquisition experience, preferably in high‑volume or batch hiring.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with ATS tools and recruitment platforms.
• High ownership, bias for action, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS tools such as Lever.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and outreach.
