Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Islamabad team. The role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment for IT, technology, engineering and professional services positions, ensuring a strong talent pipeline and a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job specifications and workforce planning needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, networking and direct headhunting.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview processes and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness and offer acceptance rates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Support employer branding initiatives and stay updated on industry hiring trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 4–6 years of proven end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in IT, technology, engineering or professional services.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
