Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruitment & Employer Branding

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with line managers in designing and executing recruitment and employer‑branding strategies. The role will ensure timely hiring, build strong talent pipelines, and support the organization’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with line managers to develop recruitment plans aligned with business and workforce needs.
• Manage end‑to‑end hiring processes – sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing and onboarding – for assigned positions.
• Utilise multiple channels such as internal databases, job portals, referrals, LinkedIn and campus events to attract candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules, assessments and tests, delivering a smooth experience for candidates and stakeholders.
• Lead MTO, trainee engineer and apprenticeship programmes in partnership with Plant HR and Operations.
• Drive employer‑branding initiatives, including career fairs, campus outreach and social‑media campaigns.
• Maintain accurate hiring data, interview trackers, vacancy reports and KPI dashboards for monthly reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members where required.

Required profile

• BBA or MBA, preferably with a focus on Human Resources.
• 5–6 years of hands‑on experience in talent acquisition.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and decision‑making abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet timelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data analysis.
