Technical Recruiter – Night Shift (LatAm International Hiring)

About the role

We are looking for a resilient and highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team on the night shift. Working onsite, you will act as the bridge between our organization and the global talent market, focusing on sourcing and closing top‑tier candidates for technical roles in the LatAm region and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for international technical positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Strategically source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search techniques and professional networks.
• Recruit for specialized roles such as Data Center Engineers (cooling, power, cabling, deployment) and Systems Administrators.
• Maintain a white‑glove candidate experience across multiple time zones while handling high‑volume pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create accurate job descriptions and set realistic expectations for the LatAm market.
• Provide market intelligence on salary benchmarks, talent availability and hiring trends in the US and LatAm.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within IT infrastructure or data‑center environments.
• Willingness and ability to work the night shift (8 PM – 5 AM) onsite.
• Strong technical understanding of concepts such as TCP/IP, server hardware and network topologies.
• Proven track record recruiting for roles in the US, LatAm or Europe.
• Advanced English proficiency; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
