Technical Sourcer – LinkedIn Recruiter Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Sourcer with strong LinkedIn Recruiter expertise to help build high‑quality talent pipelines for both technical and non‑technical positions. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and engage top candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for a variety of roles.
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email and other channels.
• Screen candidates and assess basic qualifications.
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update tracking sheets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience sourcing on LinkedIn.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search methods.
• Experience sourcing technical roles is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sourcing targets.
