TikTok Shop Specialist / Growth Strategist

About the role

AMZ PPC GURU is a performance-driven eCommerce agency that helps brands grow across Amazon and TikTok Shop through advertising, account management, creative optimization and marketplace growth services. It is looking for a hands-on TikTok Shop Specialist / Growth Strategist to independently manage and scale several private-label brands. The role covers growth strategy, shop operations, affiliate partnerships, content initiatives and paid advertising, with accountability for measurable sales and GMV growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own growth strategy, shop operations, affiliate partnerships, content initiatives and paid advertising for multiple private-label brands.
• Manage several TikTok Shop accounts or brands independently.
• Drive measurable sales and GMV growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on TikTok Shop experience, including private-label brands and measurable sales or GMV growth.
• Experience managing multiple TikTok Shop accounts or brands.
• Experience with an established brand or eCommerce agency is preferred.
• General social media posting experience alone does not meet the requirements; candidates must show private-label brand growth, productive affiliate partnerships and successful product launches.

Required skills

• TikTok Shop Seller Center, TikTok Ads Manager, Business Center, Creative Center, and affiliate and creator tools.
• Google Sheets/Excel and project management tools.
• Familiarity with FastMoss, Kalodata, EchoTik, Euka-type tools or similar research platforms is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English, organization and problem-solving skills.
