Training Officer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Training Officer to join our HR team and drive impactful learning experiences across the organization. You will coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of training programs, support onboarding, and help shape the future workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct job evaluations and training‑need analysis surveys to identify performance gaps.
• Design and implement quarterly and annual training programs.
• Facilitate monthly onboarding sessions and coordinate product, process, and group orientation training.
• Prepare and deliver training courses, run content dry‑runs, and recruit external expert trainers when needed.
• Maintain training analytics and upload data to the company platform.
• Perform weekly market and distribution visits to gather employee feedback and address training‑related grievances.
• Track employee career progress, manage production of training materials, and plan organization‑wide CSR initiatives.
• Present project insights and training feedback to key stakeholders and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in an HR environment with field training exposure.
• Strong training delivery, project management, and persuasive communication skills.
• Confident oral and written communication with a professional demeanor.
• Emotional maturity, teamwork, agility, and a commitment to performance excellence.

Required skills

• Excellent proficiency with Google Suite.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with AI‑driven creative content design (preferred).
