Truck Dispatcher – USA Routes (On‑Site Lahore)

About the role

We are looking for a Truck Dispatcher to manage vehicle movements on USA routes from our Lahore office. You will work closely with installation crews, warehouse staff, and operations managers to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery of equipment and personnel for fiber and wireless network projects.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch trucks on USA routes, optimizing profitability and meeting client objectives.
• Prioritize assignments based on job urgency, crew skillset, and parts availability.
• Monitor vehicle locations, progress, and ETA, providing updates to teams and customers.
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure trucks are fully stocked with required materials, tools, and spares before departure.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel usage records, vehicle checklists, and service documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in coordinating and dispatching within the USA trucking industry.
• Strong route‑planning and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with drivers, technicians, and project managers.
• Ability to handle multiple jobs, adjust schedules dynamically, and manage unexpected delays.
