Truck Driver Recruiter – US Market

About the role

We are seeking a creative, street‑smart recruiter to build a pipeline of qualified truck drivers for the US market. You will use social media, job boards and innovative outreach methods to spark driver interest and connect them with the company owner.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify truck drivers on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups and other relevant communities.
• Send personalized outreach messages, nurture conversations and keep candidates engaged until they are ready to speak with the owner.
• Coordinate and schedule calls or meetings between interested drivers and the owner, following up with non‑responsive candidates.
• Maintain an organized tracker of outreach activity, candidate status and scheduled conversations.
• Use social media creatively (posts, group participation, direct messaging) to attract driver interest and stay updated on where drivers are most active.
• Work with company‑provided data and independently generate new leads when needed.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, lead generation or outreach.
• Basic understanding of the trucking or freight dispatch industry is a strong plus.
• Comfortable using Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram for professional outreach.
• Creative thinker with strong written communication skills.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or any CRM/tracking tool.
