About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Vendor Acquisition Specialist to support our client’s procurement and contracting services for the U.S. federal government. The role involves analyzing contracts, identifying potential vendors, and driving business development efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to generate new business and expand vendor relationships.
• Identify and qualify contract opportunities through procurement portals.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from lead identification to bid preparation and compliance.
• Maintain and grow accounts with multiple vendors, providing exceptional service.
• Monitor market changes and regulatory updates affecting procurement.
• Provide market intelligence and sales forecasting to senior leadership.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a neutral or American accent.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Self‑motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones.
