About the role
As an Area Sales Manager for foodpanda, you will drive growth by securing new restaurant and partner relationships across major Pakistani cities. The role is high‑impact, rewarding top performers with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Prioritise high‑volume walk‑ins and face‑to‑face negotiations to acquire new partners each month.
- Analyse local market data to identify high‑potential leads and optimise territory performance.
- Maintain a high‑velocity CRM workflow, ensuring every opportunity is tracked accurately.
- Deliver deals quickly, often closing within 1–2 visits.
- Update prospect and lead data in real‑time and hand over signed partners to the Partner Growth team.
- Gather competitive insights and partner feedback to inform strategy.
Required profile
- Proven track record in field sales with consistent achievement of commercial targets.
- Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑accountability environments.
- Comfortable with frequent on‑site interactions and high‑volume outreach.
- Data‑driven mindset and ability to act on market intelligence.
